Responsibilities

  • Work with the CEO to capture the product vision
  • Support the sales and support teams with customer and prospect needs
  • Translate priorities into requirements for engineering
  • Provide guidance and prioritization to the engineering and QA teams
  • Work with the UX team on design
  • Maintain and prioritize product roadmaps
  • Monitor market trends and technology developments
  • Evangelize the product

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  VP of Marketing

We are looking for a creative marketing professional who has successfully planned and executed marketing campaigns with an obsessive attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will also love startups, social media/blogs, schmoozing and giving dynamic presentations.  

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and partnerships  and increase online traffic and visibility by developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Manage advertising and media planning across a variety of channels
  • Develop messaging, materials and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Track and analyze results of projects and campaigns
  • Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Business Development teams and 3rd party vendors
  • Report to the CEO 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Has experience selecting and working with PR and design agencies
  • Has a working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Has a working knowledge of SEO/SEM/PPC terminology, practices and strategies
  • Has a strong design aesthetic, ability to sketch or knowledge of graphic design a plus
  • Competitive, go getter, highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Mobile Development Lead

TicketLeap is looking for an experienced developer to lead our mobile efforts. We are primarily looking for someone with deep experience building iOS applications but are happy to speak with any developer with a proven track record of leading and shipping products. 

Responsibilities

  • Full technical ownership of our iOS products
  • Work with UX designers to deliver an exciting interface
  • Work with Product Management on feature priority and release schedules

Systems Engineer

TicketLeap is looking for an experienced systems engineer to oversee our utilization of Amazon Web Services. We are primarily looking for someone with deep experience working AWS but are happy to speak with systems expert who has been working with cloud platforms in recent years. We're looking for someone who is capable of building and maintaining necessary scripts to keep everything we do on AWS automated. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Full ownership of the integration between the TicketLeap platform and AWS
  • Research and make recommendations on how to best leverage AWS features
  • Build a deeper integration with various monitoring & notification tools
Qualifications: 
  • Proven track record of managing web scale systems architecture
  • Ability to build and maintain necessary automation scripts
  • Deep experience with Linux
