RCD Technology is a rapidly growing company providing RFID (radio frequency identification) tag solutions.  RCD specializes in ‘hard to solve’ problems in RFID, and has developed unique and innovative solutions for customers in a broad range of industries. 

Product Development Engineer

This position reports to RCD’s Chief Technology Officer. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, test and document designs for RFID tag products based largely on RCD’s established technology platforms
  • Aid in ‘productizing’ designs: bring them from concept into reliable, cost effective manufacturing
  • Conduct investigations and evaluations of product performance and/or quality issues, understand root causes and recommend solutions
  • Aid customers in properly applying RCD Technology’s RFID tagging solutions

Account Manager

The duties of this position are exclusively sales and account management related.  The position reports to our VP of sales and marketing.  This individual must identify, qualify, nurture and close sales opportunities for RCD’s products and services.  Once orders are booked, this individual must manage the account, ensuring that the customer’s expectations are aligned with what the factory/organization/partners can deliver.  The focus will be on large orders (order sizes over $100,000) that have potential to become multi-year engagements with the customer.


Inside Sales

The duties of this position include sales, sales support, customer service and marketing activities.  The position reports to our VP of sales and marketing.  This individual will identify, qualify, nurture and close sales opportunities for RCD’s products and services.  The focus will be on medium and standard orders (order sizes under $100,000) that have potential to become consistent annual revenue or strategic accounts.
